About Us

Rick Castellanos, founder of Quality Construction Management (QCM), has over three decades of experience. With a background in welding, materials testing, commercial building construction, and inspection, Rick set out in creating the highest quality construction management company spanning across the Sierra Pacific Region.

Our experience with large public works projects and large construction teams along with working with multiple AHJ's makes QCM well suited for your complex projects.

QCM also has extensive experience with design-build project delivery systems where we strive to support our clients to minimize quality and nonconformance issues.
